With over 15 years experience in block property management, Joy brings a deep understanding of residential and commercial property operations, legal compliance, and stakeholder communication. Having previously owned and managed her own successful property management company, she has developed a strong reputation for delivering results with integrity and precision.

Joy specialises in legal and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on navigating complex legislation and safeguarding leaseholder interests. Joy was among the first in the industry to successfully secure funding from the Building Safety Fund for cladding remediation, demonstrating both her initiative and in-depth understanding of building safety protocols.

Driven, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence, Joy continues to lead with a hands-on approach and a sharp eye for risk management and operational efficiency.
DAN WINROW
HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Dan has over 10 years experience in the block management industry, specialising in operations, IT, and systems architecture. Dan’s career began at the ground level as a Property Administrator, progressing through roles including Property Manager, Head of Property Management, and various operational leadership positions. This journey has given Dan a well-rounded, practical understanding of block and estate management from both a strategic and day-to-day perspective.

Dan is passionate about using technology to streamline operations, ensure data integrity, and strengthen compliance, particularly in the areas of building safety and legislative obligations. His work focuses on optimising tech stacks, driving integration between platforms, and improving user experience to enable efficient and compliant management.
Dan takes pride in being organised, creatively minded, and detail-oriented, always seeking smarter, scalable ways to support the management of residential and mixed use developments.

LEWIS WALDRON
DIRECTOR
Lewis is a senior finance professional with extensive expertise and experience in property and block accounting. He has led large accounting teams and overseen complex service charge operations across portfolios of residential and mixed-use developments, ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory compliance at every stage.

His hands-on, solutions-focused leadership has supported the successful delivery of full-cycle property finance functions, from annual service charge budgeting and audit coordination, to statutory reporting and client presentation. With a strong emphasis on collaboration and transparency, Lewis is known for building high-performing teams and streamlining financial operations within the block management sector.
