We are pleased to welcome Joanne Coolen to Levels Property Management as our Head of Finance. Her appointment is an important step in the continued development of our business and strengthens the financial expertise we bring to the residential developments we manage.
Joanne has more than 20 years of accounting experience, with a career spanning private business, higher education and property management. For the past several years, she has specialised in property management finance. That experience has given her a strong understanding of the financial complexities involved in managing residential buildings and estates, where careful planning and clear reporting matter to both clients and property owners.
As Head of Finance, Joanne oversees the financial operations of Levels. Her work includes budgeting, reporting, forecasting and maintaining robust financial controls. These are essential parts of effective property management: they help clients understand their development’s financial position, plan for future needs and make informed decisions about the services their building requires.
Property management finances involve more than preparing figures at the end of a reporting period. Budgets need to reflect the needs of each development, financial information needs to be clear and useful, and emerging costs need to be identified early enough to support good decisions. Joanne’s sector experience brings valuable perspective to this work.
